This is a recording of a performance we did at the wonderful Jewelbox Theatre, a fifty seat chamber of audio visual commerce which ranks in our estimation with some of the greatest venues in the world. The night in question was that of Wednesday 5th September, 2007. The recording was made by Andrew Senna of Aphonia Recordings with his mini-disc. Andy and his friend Ben Robertson are both young visionaries and senior executives of the aforementioned Aphonia, an organ which leaves few stones unturned in its quest to champion innovative and meaningful music in today's Seattle.. Also on the bill were Hell's Bellows!, a sensational accordion quartet who quickly bust out of folky shackles and dealt some killer blows in the form of songs, adding four part vocal harmony on top of the unfamiliar yet delightful texture of accordion en masse. The gig was organised by Amy Denio, angel songbird of 46th Street, West Seattle, who also put us up, blew our minds and made us tacos and vegan chili. The sound engineer was the inimitable Jason Glover, music guerrilla and founder member of Seattle's maddest band, The Sea Donkeys. The tracks we played are: 1. Karma Song 2. Like A Train 3. Tony's Song 4. Soulful Eyes 5. Mass Produced Guitars 6. All Of Our Lives 7. Hey Manhattan
